The Troop's Own Programs
("The Other 75% of Your Time at Camp")

Description:    A program site for Scouts to experience the world of the most recent trapper in the HSR area as well as the lumbering era.  His cabin is still intact and we have lots of artifacts collected around the area..

Exposure:  Northern  --  always in shade during the day except on the dock.

Travel Time (by canoe)
>> to Hub  = 30 - 45 min.
>> to Reception / Parking = 45 - 60 min.

Comments:   A great program to learn and experience early days of the area.  Imagine being alone out here in winter.
